Happy
New Year! January 2005
Happy
New Year to all subscribers and readers!
As many of you know, the book “ How
to Unleash The Promises Of God In Your Life
” was released in September
2004. Thank God for His great work. We have
been diligently promoting the book. God
is now calling me back to updating the Daily
Reading and On-line Classroom bulletin boards.
There is an abundance of information to
upload to the website, therefore I am asking
for your prayers, that I stay focused and
God guards my time. Thank you for your support
and prayers.
Love
Always.. “A Watchman”
John
2:5, 8b (NLT)
But
his mother told the servants, “Do whatever
he tells you... So they followed his instructions.
The
word for this season that came to me was
“Do
what God says do;
Go
where God says go; and
Sow
where God says to sow”
I
believe this is self-explanatory, but I
want to emphasis that whatever God is telling
you to do, do it without dread or
procrastination . He has your best
interest in mind. There is nothing that
surpasses the peace you receive when you
are in the will of God for your life.
A
Prayer for Restoration, February 21, 2005
Lamentation
5:21 (NKJV)
Turn
us back to You O, Lord and we will be restored;
Renew our days as of old,
We
are in the season of harvest and restoration.
Receiving what God has for us depends on
us.
God
desires an intimate relationship with each
of us. He desires for us to turn back to
Him, His will and His ways.
Look
to God as your source of strength and guidance.
Return to God and He will restore you.
The
Flying Scroll, February 8, 2005
Zechariah
5:1-4 (NLT)
I
looked up again and saw a scroll flying
through the air.
”What
do you see?” the angel asked. “I see a flying
scroll,” I replied.
“It
appears to be about thirty feet long and
fifteen feet wide.”
Then
he said to me, “This scroll contains the
curse that is going out over the entire
land. One side says that those who steal
will be banished from the land; the other
side says that those who swear falsely will
be banished from the land. And this is what
the LORD Almighty says: I am sending
this curse into the house of every thief
and into the house of everyone who swears
falsely by my name. And my curse will remain
in that house until it is completely destroyed—even
its timbers and stones. ”
This
text explains God's conversation with the
Prophet Zechariah and the judgment that
is to come. This curse will remain upon
the house or life of the thief and the one
who swear falsely by God's name (perjurer
or liar).
This
is the curse that goes out and covers the
whole earth. This occurs during the time
of Elijah, who shall return before the coming
of Christ. (Malachi 4:5-6)
Please
take heed and understand that God is not
mocked and He knows all. We will be judged
according to what we have done and what
we have not done. This is not to frighten
or deter anyone from the love of God. This
is meant to help you draw nearer to Him
by receiving His forgiveness, turning from
sin, and seeking His face. (Matt 6:33)
1
John 1:8-10 (NLT)
If
we say we have no sin, we are only fooling
ourselves and refusing to accept the truth.
But if we confess our sins to him,
he is faithful and just to forgive us and
to cleanse us from every wrong.
If we claim we have not sinned, we are calling
God a liar and showing that his word has
no place in our hearts.
May
God continue to bless, comfort and guide
you through this time of transition.
